Welcome to Serendipity’s Full-Service Wedding Package, crafted with the busy wedding couple in mind. We understand that while you desire a personalized and unforgettable wedding experience, you also seek easy access and seamless coordination. With our seasoned team and vendors, you can customize every aspect of your special day while enjoying the convenience of a comprehensive package. From the moment you book with us, our dedicated team is by your side every step of the way, ensuring every detail is taken care of and executed to perfection.

Whether it’s selecting your dream vendors, coordinating floral arrangements, designing your wedding cake, or curating the perfect menu, we handle it all.   • Maximum guest capacity: 200 guests

  • Total event duration for ceremony and reception: 5 hours (with the option to add additional event time)
  • Gratuity is not included; We leave it to your discretion


Ceremony Setup:

  • White padded folding chairs set up in the wedding ceremony area.
  • Wooden floral stands or wine barrels.
  • Shepherds hooks (for floral arrangements, lanterns, etc).
  • Ceremony greeter.
  • Parasols and hand fans.

Reception Setup:

  • Setup of tables and Chiavari chairs (comes with ivory chair pad)
  • Three possible table arrangements: Round, Square, or 12-foot long wooden tables.
  • Ivory linens for round and square tables.
  • Table runners (available in ivory, black or burlap).
  • Choice of silver, gold, rose gold, black, or brown rattan decorative charger plates.
  • Head table setting (if desired) with two 6-foot rectangular tables and ivory linens.
  • Sweetheart table for the couple.
  • Cake table/wine barrel.
  • Gift table with a sign-in area.
  • Parking lot attendant.

  • Signage for sweets bar, s’mores bar, coffee bar, Mr./Mrs. chair signs (available in wood and acrylic)

Additional Amenities:

  • Use of our beautiful bridal suite and groom’s quarters 2 hours prior to your wedding.
  • Golf cart operator and golf cart(s) to shuttle your guests to and from the ceremony area.


  • Charcuterie and two seasonal tray passed hors d’oeurves for the number of guests in attendance.
  • Catering for the number of guests attending the wedding and reception
  • Two vendor meals (one for the DJ and one for your photographer).

To ensure your wedding day is perfection, we include a planning meeting with your Event Manager to help you plan and execute your wedding day. On your wedding day, our Bridal Assistant and Groom’s Assistant are there to assist you at every turn. We include a one-hour rehearsal led by our Bridal Assistant to ensure a seamless ceremony. Plus, enjoy pre-marital counseling to support your journey to happiness ever after.

Getting Ready

Access our beautiful bridal suite two hours before your ceremony with your bridal party to sip champagne and prepare for the days festivities.  Relax in our groom’s suite featuring a private patio, pool table, and deck with stunning mountain views, providing the perfect space for the groom and his entourage to unwind and enjoy the anticipation of the day ahead.


Choose from multiple ceremony sites, each providing the perfect backdrop as you say “I do”. We include a professional DJ to set the tone with ceremony music. Our package includes white padded chairs, elegantly displayed water, and parasols/fans for guests. A golf cart shuttle is available for those needing assistance.

Collaborate with our talented florists to bring your vision to life, including a stunning bridal bouquet, bouquets for three bridesmaids, a  groom’s boutonniere, boutonnieres for three groomsmen, two sets of flowers for parents, petals for the flower girl, and a  boutonniere for the ring bearer.

Wedding Cake

We include two talented bakeries for you to choose from. Each provides a variety of flavors and styles for your wedding cake or dessert bar. Their dedicated team will work closely with you, from the design to the flavors, making sure your cake reflects your unique style and taste preferences, and adding an extra touch of sweetness to your special day.

Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour hosted on our terrace, provides your guests with picturesque views while they enjoy a charcuterie spread and seasonal tray passed bites. Our staff will serve your signature cocktails for guests to enjoy while listening to our talented pianist playing on our baby grand piano.

Bar Service

Our Bar service can be added to your package for $500.00 and this provides a bartender, a comprehensive bar setup, and cleanup. Our bar package includes a variety of glassware for wine, beer, champagne, and signature cocktails, ensuring your cocktails are served in style. Additionally, we include corking and tray passing of your selected beverages, as well as beer and wine service throughout your event. All alcohol and mixers are provided by the couple.

8 The Venue at Serendipity Garden Weddings


Included are elegant tables (round, square and hand crafted wooden farm tables), classic chiavari chairs and a custom sweetheart table (if desired). We include beautiful china, glassware, flatware and a variety of decorative charger plates. You’ll enjoy the convenience of our buffet catering service with the option to upgrade to a plated dinner. Your cake will be displayed beautifully, and a professional DJ will provide music and MC the main reception events.


Our delicious dinner menu features a seasonal salad, perfectly seasoned proteins, including grilled chicken and tri-tip steak paired with a red wine demi glace , creamy skin-on garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal fresh vegetables and freshly baked dinner rolls. Complement your meal with water, iced tea, lemonade, and hot coffee or tea served with dessert. For dessert, you will enjoy your beautifully designed cake or dessert bar chosen for your guests.
